Hotel Diana - Dnipro

The only advantage was the free bottle of water in the room when I arrived and the nice view from the window. Apart from that, I didn't find anything particularly enjoyable about my stay.

I had a terrible city trip experience at this hotel. The room I was given was not what I had booked and when I asked for the correct room, I was told that I had to pay more money.

During my recent Easter stay in Dnipro, I was impressed by the quality of service offered by the hotel. Firstly, the rooms were clean and tidy, with all amenities provided as advertised. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to local tourist attractions made it easy for me to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and helped me start my day on a positive note.

There were a few things that could have been improved. Firstly, the hotel staff did not inform me beforehand that I would be receiving a superior room instead of a standard one, and demanded additional charges at check-out. Moreover, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, and it was a bit chilly. Finally, the hotel's location was a bit out of the way and not easily accessible. my experience was average, with both positive and negative aspects.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby parking facilities. the hotel facilities were fantastic, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from.

The staff's attitude could have been more accommodating towards guests.
